Coming from the west coast this year, Cistin (the Irish word for kitchen) brings us together for conversations, music, and poetry to warm our hearts in challenging times.
This year’s curator is Susan Quirke who hosts Cistin from her home in Co. Clare. Susan is a singersongwriter, musician, and meditation teacher who is also an award-winning social entrepreneur for her work in the field of mental health. Attendees will get to enjoy songs from Susan’s debut album Into the Sea.
Colm Mac Con Iomaire, a renowned violinist, composer, and founding member of Kila and The Frames, is also sure to delight. Other guests include Enda Gallery, a stunning singer-songwriter and musician whose songs have echoes of Prince and Frank Ocean, and award-winning writer and eco-poet Grace Wells.
