Culture Vultures is a pop culture, salon-themed event co-curated by Andrea Keogh and its host/presenter, Tony Clayton-Lea.
The event revolves around words and music. Words are expressed in public interview and spoken word/ comedy. Music performances also feature. The stellar line-up for this special First Fortnight edition includes Tony Wright, critically aclaimed musician from ASIWYFA and VerseChorusVerse who has recently published his first book, Chapter & Verse(ChorusVerse). The event will also feature Stefanie Preissner, the Munich-born but Mallow-raised writer, actress, podcaster and creator of hit comedy-drama series Can’t Cope, Won’t Cope. Dublin’s Slow Skies (Karen Sheridan) is a warm, ambient folk/pop act, combining delicate instrumentation with gentle, intimate vocals and will be the evening’s music act.
