Great Barrier Reef Resilience Workshop

Great Barrier Reef is a Wellbeing & Resilience workshop for children aged 10-12 years old based on the theme of the ocean. The children will take on the persona of a great sea world explorer and look at the barrier reef like a big wide family with lots of branches and connections. Using storytelling and fun creative activities, children will explore what makes them unique and different and how to grow connections with the world around them. The workshop will look at how to embrace feelings and reach out to others for support when emotions and situations become overwhelming. First Fortnight facilitators will be available to talk to parents after the workshop.
