Tech for Good: Nurturing our Mental Health

Our Tech for Good January event focuses on nurturing our mental health and staying well with a showcase of the KeepAppy App and a practical demo of some meditation and yoga techniques to beat the January blues. Co-Founder and CEO Aimée-Carton Louise of KeepAppy will share the inspiration and process for developing the award-winning mental health wellness toolkit and demo its features. At our event the KeepAppy team will preview publicly for the first time new gamification features. Using the tools recommended by psychologists, KeepAppy is designed to maintain and enhance users’ mental wellbeing. KeepAppy has ten features in its toolkit, based on the three centre pillars of prevention, growth and care. The KeepAppy team are committed to the #TechForGood movement and for every single subscription to the app by donating they match a free app donation to someone chosen by the helplines they have partnered with.
