Teens, Anxiety and Drepression- What Parents Can Do to Help? (creative approaches)
Dive into your subconscious to discover your power within and creative force, using effective mindfulness, visualisation, and art techniques. The aim of the workshop is to show parents how to really connect to their adolescent and build a path of trust in their relationship instead of a wall of disagreement and misunderstanding. The taster workshop is designed for parents of adolescents that are going through a difficult time whether it is due to anxiety, depression, bullying, traumatic events, relationship issues, self-harm/suicidal ideations and sometimes parental divorce/separation.
Online booking for this event is now closed but there are a limited number of tickets that will be available on the door.
