Donegal Wellness Café’s in partnership with Donegal Mental Health Services & Mental Health Ireland presents a week of wellness across the county as part of First Fortnight 2024. Donegal Wellness Cafes are supported by Donegal Mind Wellness, Inishowen Development Partnership and the HSE.
