Coastal Ecotherapy – Portmarnock
Coastal Ecotherapy, where we care for our mind, body, and environment, as a community.
Together we will perform a beach clean, removing litter from our coastline, before gathering for a facilitated yoga session on the beach. Following on from our yoga we will all take a rejuvenating dip in the sea. To wrap up our morning join us for a hot cup of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, and get to know your new coastal ecotherapy community. This event is an opportunity to connect with ourselves, each other, and the sea.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you can find the location and park. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Not suitable for under 12 years of age. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. No dogs permitted at the beach.
