Therapeutic Services Manager Wanted

First Fortnight is a charity that challenges mental health prejudice through arts and cultural action. First Fortnight utilises arts and culture to challenge mental health stigma while supporting some of Ireland’s most vulnerable people through therapeutic interventions. We are recruiting for a Therapeutic Services Manager As a member of First Fortnight’s management team, the therapeutic services manager will work closely with the CEO and therapy staff by leading on: Creative therapy service management, the coordination and development of the Social Innovation Fund pilot (Music in Mind Programme), the implementation of the HSE Best Practise Guidelines and other assigned areas of activity as required. The successful candidate should ideally have strong management and leadership skills with experience in office administration, budgeting, strategic planning, governance, policy development, This position is a 3-year fixed term contract, based in Dublin city centre.
