Olympian and Irish 400M record holder David Gillick and international rugby player Hannah Tyrell will join Ian O' Riordan for a chat focusing on sports and mental health.

David will talk about all areas of his life both on and off the track. David has spoken openly and honestly about his own anxiety and personal issues, including his 2018 published book Back on Track.

Hannah Tyrrell is an Ireland rugby international player and was a member of the Ireland team that won the 2015 Women's Six Nations Championship. Hannah has talked openly about her struggles with mental health issues and since 2015 has served as an ambassador for the Tackle Your Feelings campaign headed by the Irish Rugby Union Players Association.

Colin Regan, GAA Community & Health Manager, will also join this panel discussion. Colin, who played for Leitrim, has often talked about how sport can help you create a sense of connection with your community. He will also discuss the GAA’s work in promoting good mental health among GAA members nationwide.
