Join artist Pamela Whitaker on a group walk through the Liberties from NCAD to IMMA where each person considers a mentally challenging situation they are facing.
The walk aims to take people off course, to consider new routes of possibility.
Getting a “breath of fresh air,” making notes to self, and airing one’s thoughts by speaking out.
